As an Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) Pilates instructor, Orlaith has married her Pilates training with her musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy knowledge and established specialised small sized pelvic health Pilates classes, incorporating each individuals assessment findings, goals and treatment plans.
Our Online Programmes
I work with women everyday and I listen to the limitations you may face with attending classes or exercise groups. I’ve had many women wish to attend the small sized Pilates classes at Pelvic Health West but are unable to do so due to location, childcare, work or lack of confidence. So I’ve decided to bring these classes to the comfort of your own home, in your own time! I hope this is your next step in reaching your goals and you enjoy taking this time to yourself.

Our in person Programmes
These in person Pilates classes are ideal for those who are looking for tailor made classes with real time and professional feedback. The 50 minute classes are suitable for those who are pregnant or post-natal and looking for guidance on exercise and maintenance of strength and stability in the prevention of pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain or management of diastasis rectus abdominus. The classes are also customised to those experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction such as pelvic organ prolapse or urinary dysfunction or those wishing to learn more about bone health in menopause or pelvic floor engagement during exercise. The small class numbers allow Orlaith to utilise her previous musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience, the findings of your pelvic health assessment and your goals to plan the class personally to you and give that vitally important feedback throughout the class.
Classes currently run for 10 week blocks on Wednesdays at 10am and Thursdays at 7pm. Secure your class by calling 091 394 496.
