Are you ready to challenge your Pilates skills?

Our advanced Pilates programme will continue to focus on your breathwork, pelvic positioning and pelvic floor engagement while challenging your core strength and pelvic stability through advanced, combined movements and the optional use of equipment. These 6 x 30 minute pre-recorded classes are guaranteed to get your core and gluts burning while optimising pelvic floor function.

This programme is the progression from our intermediate Pilates programmes. Due to the challenging nature of the exercises, it is advisable to have a good basis of pelvic floor strength and no symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction prior to commencing the programme.

You’ll need an exercise mat. Further equipment such as a head rest, circle, ball or bands are optional. You will receive an equipment video in your starter pack and this will suggest alternatives to the equipment that you will have at home.

Ideally you should complete pelvic floor exercises three times daily and remembering to do them is usually the hardest part! I recommend scheduling your squeezes alongside meal times, setting three alarms on your phone throughout the day or downloading the Squeezy App at https://squeezyapp.com.
