The 6x 30 minute classes will guide you through the basic matwork Pilates exercises. As a pelvic health physiotherapist, I will be queing breathwork, pelvic positioning and pelvic floor coordination throughout the classes to ensure you’re executing the exercises correctly. This will give a good foundation of core and pelvic strength and stability for you to apply to your everyday activities. I will teach you pelvic floor exercises in these classes to instil confidence in completing them three times daily at home in your own time which can improve symptoms such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence or bowel incontinence.
